During the construction and installation process, the entire ground is limited to the foundation pit area, so it does not affect other works.
The installation sequence is as follows:
Step 1: Materials transferred to the construction site will then be gradually transferred to the pit, including equipment such as cabin rail, counterweight rail, channel, tractor, chassis, electrical cabinets, load-bearing momentum I.
Step 2: After all is arranged in the right position, proceed to release the positioning plumb line and check the exact dimensions and specifications such as the position of the cabin rail, counterweight rail, floor door. , Governor.
Step 3: Install the rail, install the rail in sequence from bottom to top, the rails will be fixed by the basses holding the rail linked to the concrete beams around the pit. During the installation process using the working platform, the floor is raised and lowered by 1 pallet.
Step 4: Install the cabin frame and counterweight frame. At this time, use the cabin floor as the working floor. Tractor and chassis are put into correct position. Install a load cable to connect the cabin and counterweight frame, add cast iron poid to the counterweight frame to balance the load of the ladder, install the Governor.
Step 5: Using the tractor, turn the handwheel to bring the cabin frame up and down, proceed to install the landing door and cover the floor door, the order of installation is from the top down.
Step 6: After completing the landing door, notify Party A to proceed with the construction of the doorway according to the instructions of Party B. The doorways are located during the construction process.
Step 7: Clean the entire tank, proceed to install the cabin wall and roof, cabin door transmitter, cabin door. Raise the ladder to check the required specifications and install a counterweight poid to balance the load with the cabin.
Step 8: Cleaning and final inspection, then hand over to the electric team.
Step 9: The power group connects electrical cabinets, tractors, electrical wiring along the foundation pit, electrical wiring in the cabin. Install cabin control panel, floor control panel. Check all electrical connections are complete. Power on test run at slow speed to check and calibrate.
Step 10: After checking and adjusting all specifications as well as weighing the load, the ladder is run with no load then run with full load to calibrate the level when stopping. The ladder is tested within 03 days, then a full cleaning is carried out to prepare for the inspection.
Step 11: Party B will notify Party A in writing 03 days in advance. After handing over, Party B is responsible for guiding and training Party A’s employees in the entire use and rescue procedures of the ladder.
